    fastest way bay kay mukaon ka ug daghan bato. bug-at gyud ka dayon. hahaha. btaw way shorcut ana oi. if u want weight gain in muscle, strength training ra gyud na and very strict diet. aw pwed pod strength training + hormones or steroids but do so at your own risk.
