    tanan man tingali naa nai gi pang bati sa lawas since nag work ta in this business. pero mao ra man tingali ang maau benefits and compensation sa karon.

    mao ni resulta sa trabaho nga walay physical exercise sige lang lingkod pa aircon, mabantayan nako kadaghanan sa mga call center agent sige panigarilyo, inom ug kape, sige panga-on sa gawas especialy anang mga mantikaon kaayo nga mga pagkaon dili mangaon ug utan kay magpa susyalan man which result to poor health ma high blood na hinuon, magka hypertension, maglisod ug ginhawa advice nako ninyo invest more on sports play tennis, badminton, basketball, jogging, swimming or mag gym ba etc. basta mogawas gyud nang singot sa inyong bagol2x and i'm very sure condition gyud mo sa inyong trabaho pirmi and stay healthy pa and that's my secret bisan 38 nako pero mura gihapon ug desi hehehe

    in my opinion.. People who have professions should use their professions. But to those who wish some new carreer alternative, why the bloody hell not?

    But if i were to choose working my arse on my profession now and abeing a telly-agent?? I'd happily die working my bloody arse with my profession... Pays greats, i travel regularly, i hold my hours, and not to mention being my own boss... Hehehe.

    No pun intended mates!!

    @TS basin sayop ra imong interpretation bay or wa ma klaro pag explain sa nagdala sa orientation. sa tinooray lang kung di ka absinot na pagkatao di jud ka ma-affected ani na policy. ako gani usa ko sa affected kay absinot kaayo ko mag lain akong lawas kung di ko maka absent feeling nako masakit ko kung di ko maka absent..hehe ok raman pod ni para nako para ma disiplina ko para maminimize pod akong absenteism..
    kanang masakit ta di manjud na nato malikayan labi na sa kani na line of work. istorya rana nila na pa dutyhon jud ka bisag ni call-in ka, naa rana pod nimo unsaon nimo pag expalin or pagpalusot..hehe kung naa lang kay medcert na mahatag di naman na sila ka palag..

    naka work pod ko sykes for 2 years kapin jud tawn. kana ilang absentism policy is within the account lang na. ayaw mo tuo ana. during my exit interview, gisulti nako tanan hinanakit nako sa sykes, sa management, and imagine ha, wala man gani sila kabalo ana nga policy.. as in walay alam ang HR anang pugson ka pag pa work. para man gud na luwas sa service level kay makabayad baya ang sykes basta hagbung 3 times in 1 month ang service level..nisulti man kos akong miga ana then she told me nga na memohan daw ang manager tungud atong report nako sa HR.
