I'm a Tagalog and so I'll say my piece in English. Anyway, the England-Scotland drama may not be far off from the whole Tagalog-Bisaya (Luzon-Visayas) sentiments. I'm totally against the complete breakdown of the country but if you want to know the sentiments of the majority instead of the few, elect politicians that truly represent what the people want. What I learned from the Scotland referendum, even if it turned out to be a NO vote, is that it sort-of rattles the politicians in Winchester and reforms (I hope) will be implemented to address Scottish discontent.

I have much admiration towards Cebu and its people, your pride and loyalty to your homeland and culture. I know you can make your voices be heard all the way here in ''Imperial Manila''. I want your politicians to rise up and truly represent what Cebuanos want...'want' in a sense that they will make an educated choice and not just out of collective scorn from the whole Manila centralization.

we don't need to single out the people from "imperial manila" as the only people who are capable of being corrupt.

Naay daghan dire sa atoang tugkaran.

Pero if ever ma separate ang manila, ang ato i import na mga politicians kani sila.

    Miriam, Pia Hontiveros, Grace Poe.

It is outrageous to think that Visayas can survive on it's own as a Country. Our congressmen cannot even unite and implement continuous road projects from tip to tip to make it an actual "highway". We have some serious attitude problems innate and must be done away with whilst strive for a unified vision. Only then can we survive and operate efficiently as a singular nation.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to get Recognized as a country with it's own currency, government, tax system ug uban pa dinha? We are an island with not much marketable natural resources that can bring in big gobs of money(Oil). We need LOTS of money through whatever means in order to become a country. Can you imagine Cebu-Manila flights mahimong INTERNATIONAL? Pwerting mahala pud ana. Ang mga airline ug barko ray madato.
