Ecto checking in. Sugod last month nag set na jud ko og goal na consistent ako workout para ma achieve nako ako goal. Og para balance pud lisod work ra permi nawa ni gain ko og 10 pounds from Oct-April I now weigh @ 149lbs unya nagka frequent lower back pain ko dala napud sa sige og lingkora ahak. Before maka max out ko og 15 pullups (mid 2013), karon kay 8 na lang. Was able to do 20 consecutive pushups, uniform interval in between (mid 2013). Looking back I've come a long way I remember late 2012 I started with 1 knee-pushups for 1 set!.
