Something Random can never consistently produce specifics.
we are surrounded by reason and purpose. even the tiniest insect like ants
and cockroaches which most of us consider useless plays a vital role in decomposition
even as simple as pagpangawt sa lubot naay rason hence purposely done..haha
there may be things that our limited mind couldn't grasp for now
but in the course of time provided that we hold the right attitude towards life along with its hardships..
their purpose would slowly unfold. this phenomenon is also known as "blessing in disguise".

Yes I believe that, "everything happens for a reason", but the "reason" in this case is not an even in the future. The reason the particular thing happened is because you have acted on it. It happened because you had something to do with it, you were there.
The topic is inline with the word destiny, but there is no such thing as destiny. Yes an event may have occurred to you unconsciously but bottom-line its still "you" that lead to that fortunate or unfortunate event. I can go on but this will suffice, you can pm me if you wanna discuss some more.
