    The main problem with mang inasal is Jollibee Foods corp ruined it. They over commercialized Mang Inasal and they do not even bother to properly train their staff... If you have tried mang inasal before it was bought by Jollibee, the chicken was much bigger,even the type of chicken used was better it actually had fat! it was grilled to semi-perfection, but look now?skinny burnt chicken..aw come on!! It all depends also on the branch. At least the Bacolod branches grill their chicken better, at least its not burnt. When I asked the manager of the Colonade branch why their chicken was burnt she gave me the stupid answer that you cannot control the coals.I have to say bullshit, as someone who also cooks and someone who grew up with inasal, it takes care to properly grill anything, much more chicken.

    Sa jollibee they use automatic temp controled fryers etc. Standardize na tanan.
    Ang lisud sa mang inasal, variable kaayo ang tao. Or ang cook, dont expect the same quality coz di gyud na nila makuha.
    But theyre suppose to be experts in custome service, so what happened?

    agree, thats the problem, variable ang tawo. But it is something that can be solved by training. Thats the difference between us and machines, we can think. if you see it burning, do something about it. No need to act like a robot just because a 5min cooking time is needed and you see it burning you have to wait till the 5 mins are over...come on...

    very very very poor customer service..

    ngkaon na mi pero we liked their soup.
    amo nah gkaway ang ila waiter and both of us nkbantay jud nag nlingi xa sa amoa ky entawon kami rman ang tawo ddto nga n.isa sa kamot. ug kalit lng nah nlingi xa sa lain nga direction. hahays..
    ng.ask mi ug soup nlng sa c kinsa man ang duol namo. And then we asked for the free soup, he said "okay sir"
    then naa nah ang soup and gdistribute nah sa uban. wla lng ghapon mi.
    We asked again a second waiter. he said "okay sir"
    nghatag nah sila ug soup sa mga tawo nga bag.o p nglingkod kysa namo.
    It took us to spoke three waiters to give their soup before nila nhatag..

    hahays.. never again did we ate to MANG INASAL.

    sa EMALL ilang lamisa bah ghimo ug tambayanan ang katulganan sa ila staff..
    tsk tsk tsk.. not a good thing to see

    so far so good akong experience sa mang inasal bat one time i witness a lousy service dinha sa apm mall na branch akbang sa sm
    dugay gyud na serv ilang order kay nauna pa tong bago lang na sulod same lang order nila. yah nag yawyaw to tau nag demand refund kay dili nalang cila mu kaon. katong mura head nag defend pa sa iyang kapalpakan why daw dili nag follow etcc after naghawa katong saba kayo na customer after refund kay lagot man.

    kasuway ko ani nga branch, dugay jd, gi ingnan mi'g 15 mins pero after 20mins wla pa, ga tudtod pjud ang crew nya lingaw kaau sila cge ug tabi. tagam lge ko.

    kabantay sd ko anang manok nila nga naa pay dugo. pero nindot man ang service sa gaisao tisa nila nga branch. ara na manggawas ang lousy service sa mga dagko guro nga branch.
