SeaView Pension is right at the heart of the town of Poro. it's near the Catholic Church, Municipal Hall, the major sari-sari stores. no malls, sorry.
if you want the sand and water scenery, go for Santiago Bay or Mangodlong. ive to tell you, Mangodlong is the "in" thing as of the moment. it's new, it's beautiful, it's not very expensive. food there leaves a lot to be desired, though.
