When im in my alpha level i relax every part of my body, first feeling my toes being free of stress then slowly going up until the tip of my hair. hehehe.

    Yup there's a topic about yoga na, pero reply lang pud ko diri, moderators will eventually merge this two similar topics. But anyways,

    If you mean the "hatha yoga" then I do yoga. Hatha Yoga is a series of poses for the physical body.

    As to your inquiry, that is usually just first impressions, dili flexible, gahi ug lawas BUT you should be happy to know that it doesn't matter. Hatha yoga is supposed to be done gradually. From beginner poses to improve flexibility to the difficult poses, haha naa man gani motindog tuwad ang ulo ray gatukod sa floor. But doesn't necessarily have to do this until you get results. Yoga should also be done right or kundi madaut na hinuon imo lawas, mabalian ug bugok, or ma dislocate ang muscles. Basta don't do difficult poses yet until maanad na ka sa mga simple poses. As you go along doing simple poses, it will ready you for the difficult ones. Usually mga beginner poses kay for flexibility man.

    One week, klaro na ang results. Ma tone ang back muscles, and mas mo improve ang flexibility. For instance, "poise"... the reason why we have bad posture is not only habit (or anad) but it is because our muscles are not strong to support good posture. Ang first gyud naku nga result sa yoga kay akong back muscles ni firm, thus supporting my shoulders and arms, ni nindot akong posture. Dili na gani exaggerated ang posture? Pero normal gyud nga dili na mag slouch. Naay daghang instructional DVD's or books that are very specific too... naay pang abs, naay pang lose weight, naay power yoga etc. I also use instructional DVD's at home kay walay time moadto ug studio, and nindot gihapon ang results. Then palit pud ko mga yoga music cd's.

    Instead of sweating, mas relaxed ang movements, the secret is just freezing a pose. Kapuyan man ko ug laing exercise gud, ang yoga after every session refreshed ko. Kana gyung stretch sa sides for abs, woohooo feel gyud naku nga na stretch ang muscles. Kada human naku yoga kay manamin gyud ko and I always like what I see and hey, I got two kids already but still look good.

    Yoga is also good for body organs. Naa puy mga poses specifically for the heart, kidneys, digestive system etc. So, go ahead... buy a DVD or book, i dunno kung naa bay namaligya diha pinas.

    yoga is more than just poses...usa lang na siya ka section sa yoga nga maoy well known...anyway when you do the poses do not strain yourself...listen to your body and just stretch comfortably in the beginning...as you continue to do it..mag ka anam ka flexible and before you know it ma reach na nimo ang ideal pose without feeling strained...important thing is to balance the energies...not get hurt in the process kay TH ra kaayo
