    hmmmm kng pa.gamay ug tiyan ky dapat dli ka mo.kaon ug dghang carbo na food TS..inom lng ug water pirmi na dili bugnaw...but effective kaau sa akoa nga dili mokaon ug pork, chicken ug beef...fish ug veggies ra TS suwayi na for 2-months as in mo.gamay jd imo tyan... i used to weigh 50kls but after 1month of doing this 44kls nlang ko without doing any exercise and g.maintain nlang sd nko kron although 1s a week mokaon pd ko ug dghan kaau na naa jd meat pra dli ko ma.ignorante sd sa mga pgkaon..hehehe

    nindot lageh na imu style bro..ako sad na suwayan di lang ko mu eat og fish..ako sad gud dali kay ko ni dako pag quit nako basket from 50kg to 80.....punga na kaayu bah,...bug at nasad kaayu ang lawas paminawon..

    ako nag diet ra ko

    cardio- Jogging everys unday,
    when i was on 132Kg i went to gym when i was in college it was on my 3rd year college days..okay skip to the stories2 straight to the routine..
    everyday i go to gym at 5pm to 7/8 do cardio which is cycling because we dont have treadmills on our old gym... i do cycling for 15mins to 30mins everyday.. i do pour a lot of sweat.. no supplements tho.. just natural after that..

    i do full body workout.. like circuit..
    funny those it sounds but really i do
    40 reps to 60 reps...
    40x4 every workout well kinda exhausted tho.. i do always sweat a lot because im only lifting light weights..

    and right now i am on 107 kg am i am happy.. im a heavy built

    im proud to be me lOL

    foods:
    i do eat whatever i want except i do cutting the carbs( I Eat A lot of VEGETABLES)and DRINK A LOT OF water i do drink 3-5 glass of water before i DO EAT MY MEAL its a technique that i learned online... it can make you feel full and also water diet is really true it will help your body to improve your metabolism because i do need them for strength and recovery..

    nindot mn jd mg.work out ky ma.tone mn gd imo body then paspas jd ka mo.gamay kng imo routine ky paniwang but mostly sa ako mga kaila ky n.dako jd pg.undang ug gym...hehehe but ako pg.undang nko ug gym ky wla mn ko ntambok ug grabe jd but n.gain jd ko ug mga 5kls mao d nko mg.gym..heheh self-control nlang jd sa pgkaon...

    den agree jd ko drink water before eating your meals and kung mg.fruits ka, ky eat it before ka mg.meal mao jd na ang dapat

    dili mn ko mg.jog ky hadlok jd ko modako akng bagtak hehehe....den usually kng stress ky imo legs den dili ka kabaaw mo.amping ky sus mo.develop na hinuon ug varicose so dapat careful jd especially mga girls ky lain jd kaau tan.awn kng naay varicose...cguro sa lalaki ky dli mn kaau na cla affected ana hehehe...

    TS instead of rice, camote cereals or wheat bread. stay away on pork meat. chicken breast part and fish will do but steamed cya.. and do cardio at least 45 mins like biking or threadmill. stay away on sweets. mao jd na mka padako.hehe

    check on calorie intake.. how much you burn and how much you intake.. thats the best way..

    Karun ga start nako ug gym then once or twice rako maka 1cup rice sa usa ka adlaw then veggies ug fish pero naa juy times nga maka kaon jd tag baboy ug manok tungods atong mama hahahha 1 month na ang ni labay pero 7lbs paman akoa na loose oi. Ok ra kaha ni? Unnoticable gihapon kaau sa akoang lawas nga ni loose nako

    Home Cardio Exercise bai + Diet (Less carbs more protein)
    Gain muscle, loss fats

    Cardio (20 reps each X 4 sets) 3-4times/week
    1. Jumping jack
    2. Mountain climber
    3. Pushup (build muscle)
    4. Curlups
    5. High Kness

    Diet:
    1. Chicken Breast, don't eat chicken skin
    2. Protein shake w/ eggs
    3. Anything u want with less fats.
