hmmmm kng pa.gamay ug tiyan ky dapat dli ka mo.kaon ug dghang carbo na food TS..inom lng ug water pirmi na dili bugnaw...but effective kaau sa akoa nga dili mokaon ug pork, chicken ug beef...fish ug veggies ra TS suwayi na for 2-months as in mo.gamay jd imo tyan... i used to weigh 50kls but after 1month of doing this 44kls nlang ko without doing any exercise and g.maintain nlang sd nko kron although 1s a week mokaon pd ko ug dghan kaau na naa jd meat pra dli ko ma.ignorante sd sa mga pgkaon..hehehe
