All Parks, Open Spaces, Roads and Common Parking Spaces are owned and controlled by Cebu Business Park Association, Inc.
Members of the Association are the Lot and Bdg Owners.

To Maintain the whole CBP Common Areas including Gen Services, Land Scaping, Security and Infra Maintenance.... Members are paying Association Dues.
PhP3.44 per Square meter per Month for the LOT Gross Area (Lot is 2,000 sq.m owner is paying PhP6,880 per month assoc dues)
PhP1.08 per Square meter per Month for the Gross Floor Area of the bldg. (Bldg is 10,000 sq.m. owner is paying PhP10,800/mo assoc dues)

In order to raise additional funds without necessarily increasing Associatin Dues ... PAY PARKING SCHEMES ON THE COMMON AREAS is Employed. Those private parking areas are operated by the Lot Owners thus REVENUE goes to the owners.
On the ROAD, Pay Parking REvenue goes to the CBP Association.
CBP Association is Non-Stock Non-Profit ... All officers and members of the Board receives no Cash Allowances nor cash incentives.
All REVENUES of the Association goes directly back to Maintenance, Infra Projects, Land Scaping, Security, Power and Water among others.

It was found out that the open spaces free parking were abused.
Some free parking users working outside the CBP parked their cars then commute towards their offices.
Commute back to CBP and get their cars at their pleasure.
Parking at the back of Lexmark for example is intented for clients of Cebu Holdings, Lexmark, SunLife, ChinaBank, Keppel etc.
but more often than not, NO PARKING SPACE AVAILABLE kay puno.
When it was surveyed, dili taga CBP Clients ang mga ni gamit.

share lang nako ang kini na info at least duna ta gamay na hibal-an how CBP works.
