simple , if dali ra mo release it means less people. not like in guadalupe daghan kaau.

Karon NBI sunod ana kay Philhealth, BIR , NSO , ug DFA (Passport)

there are four on-line NBI clearance centers in the country : the one at the central office in Manila, the one in Cebu City where you line up at dawn, the one in Davao City (presumably as crowded) and the one in Tuburan. That's all.

Credit goes to the mayor there. I gathered that he provided all infrastructure and even the salaries of clerks. Dawat limpyo ang NBI.
