that's usually what's wrong with the Filipino film audience. Most of us tend to look at how pretty or how handsome actors are instead of looking at how well they act. i don't think i need to give examples of Pinoy actors/actresses who just look good on cam but can't act even if their life depended on it.

i thinks it really is a good choice that they picked an "average-looking" guy to play Bond instead of some hunk everybody would drool over. reason? well, can you actually find guys that are as good as Bond (assuming he is a real person) and as handsome as Brosnan? ANd do you think anyone would stay pretty after so many life-threatening encounters? well, just my 2 cents..

this movie, i think, tops all the james bond movies of pierce brosnan... of course the babe, (what's her name?) was HOT!

Funny thing, just right after Kill Bill came out, I saw an episode of Jay Leno where Quentin Tarantino talked about wanting to do James Bond for his next project. That he wanted it to Casino Royale.

Wouldn't he have been the perfect director to do James Bond? I know it wouldn't be a serious, realistic Bond. It'd be like Kill Bill - outrageous and bizaare and just perfect.

I'd also like to see Michael Mann take a crack at it. It'd obviously be like Collateral, which would totally rock.

Steven Spielberg always wanted to do a Bond film. He did the next best thing - Indiana Jones, which was, according to him, the SON of Bond.

tarantino? hmm, maybe the bond after craig. i think (and hope) that craig's bond would be on the more serious and realistic side.
