Lozenges has helped me tremendously ( I ordered mine through this link https://immunedefence.info/lozenges). I've always been a regular multivitamin taker, along with an occasional vitamin C. I also have Elderberry gummies if needed. I started taking everything in January. I am 29 and have been in great health all my life.

I would highly recommend doing some tests and especially the blood test before you start taking vitamins. One person could have good level of one thing and the other one low, we are all different. I did my general tests and check ups and my doctor prescribed me an iron supplement, magnesium and complex of some special vitamins. Vitamin D is always good for people which don't have enough sun light. Unfortunately two months ago I was diagnosed with MS and now I stopped with all the vitamins and started to take tecfidera daily. My sleep wasn't too good lately, so next time I will definitely discuss with my doctor if I should continue with my vitamins.
Vitamin D3, Fish Oils, some other supps from time to time.
