naa ko very bad habit ; that when I'm upset, angry, stress, anything that doesn't make my day, I will take it out on ice cream : it kind of calm me down which is good ; but it surely add pounds if not kilos on my weight !!!! oh man does anyone know any comfort food that could chill one out and stay healthy? Co's ya know it's very easy to put on ; than losing that shall we say it fats ; outch.....
