Food & Shelter are needs that's why it's one of the best investment you can do.

In my case I'm a late bloomer and a slow starter, Im 24 and I'm still in the rat race, it took me a while to realize what I want.

I'm an artist/musician, I've been creating ads from different companies for the past years as a freelance artist, but then I realize that I am not getting the right amount of money I need to feed my addiction (collecting expensive guitars and its gadget lol).

Until one day I get out of my comfort zone and took a risk....ventured with different investment but last year I said to my self that Im going to stick in real estate no matter what and boom that risk paid off.

My parents has 12 units apartment before I knew it was real estate lolz

I have so many business idea's that are unique and wla pay nka buhat it's risky but I know it will explode like a bomb, I just don't have time to venture them all the same time. right now I am venturing into events/advertising business since music/art is always in my blood...and that's what you called doing what you love while earning from it....hopefully madaun ni krn June hehe

LOVE/DREAM: Disney animated films/fine and performing arts

Body: I've always loved to study fine arts eversince I was young. Drawing, creating paper dolls at age 4 and up, creating my own fashion book all handrawn at age 12, competing to different poster making contests in my early years and was awarded as gifted child cuz of arts, pero tanan tao, bisan TV programs kay naay sort of discouragement sa fine arts kay wala daw kay ma trabaho ana...and sauna gipit sad mi sa money, I thought fine arts kay dili jud mahimo, unya'g wala jud ko trabaho....

So nag school ko for 2 years computer hardware, then applied as call center agent. After almost 3 years, I'm burned out, mura'g wala jud koy growth, unya while working ga cge raman gihapun ko self study ug multimedia arts sa house even though dili na enough akong time! Murag useless jud kung magpadayun ko sa job nga dili jud para nako....na kaya lng nako ang almost 3 years kay scared ko nga ma gutom ang family...but God answered my hearts cry, naka abroad akong papa, unya for the first time sa akong job, na fever ko and naka absent ko for 5 days straight first time ever! We thought nga mao na jud ni ang sign nga time na nako mo grow sa akong field.Ni honest jud ko ug request sa akong papa nga mu tiwas nako sa akong gusto...

Ug sa dihang akong entire family ni agree, i pursue nako ang fine arts advertising by June next year! Akong feeling run kay super dee duper happy, nga mura'g na ibtan jud ko ug tunok, murag na break ang something keeping me from breathing...hahayst...

And status nako run, looking forward for a better future....will post here again once I have reached becoming an animation director!!! God bless yahh all!!!

I don't know kung ma consider buh ni ug success story base sa mga stories diri.. pero basically I love photography and I've been doing it nah for a while.. started my first gig around 2008. I worked for 2 years just to get a camera and then an additional year to get most of the accessories.. the pay is okay to live comfortably.. karon purag na ROI nah ang most of my unit ug naka tigom ko enough to venture ug negosyo(as backup) since no need man to invest of newer equipment. what negosyo I'll make? secret! hahaha! personally for me it's a win kay dili lalim sayon mag earn doing the things we love to do..
