if you really wanna do the "thing" downlaod netstumbler, look@lan and have a good pcimca card at least 100mw and above. because most systems are built to transmit but to listen faint signals. for reference go to wardriving.com

just wna ask, i got a wireless router where i connect the laptop and from the wireless router i have a wired desktop connect to it..how do i configure the lan for them to see each other?or is it even possibe?the wireless to the wired connection?

hi there, yes it is possible na magkita sila as long as they are in the same network. unsa man wireless router imo gamit? linksys? kung linksys, mas dali ra nimo ma config. usually, naka DHCP ang config ana sa imong wireless router. config nalang your router nga dili dhcp. mag assign nalang ka ug private ip sa imong pc and laptop. allow shared folders para maka share ka ug files sa both. then access the ip address that u assigned, as long as naka allow na mag share ang folder, makitaan na nimo.

Better be careful with what your doing.. You could get caught with that and they could sue you for cyber crimes.
