para nako legal ni in the sense nga naay cash price (which is the discounted price) ug naa poy regular price nga based sa credit card on zero interest... alangan utangon nimu ug 6 months unya wala ginansya ang tindahan. aw maypa manirado nalang

if i remember it correctly, naa toy law before nga ipariha ang price sa item if imo i purchased through cash and through credit card. kay before, regular price is for the cash purchases, then additional charge for credit card transaction.

Tungod sa ka maro sa mga pinoy, gihimo og regular price ang credit cards transaction, then discounted price if through cash. Is it legal? I dont know ^_^.

Maybe naay loopholes ato nga law maong naka lusot gihapon nah nga scheme of credit card transactions ^_^

dili pa ni clear ha, but i think when i make the purchase using my cc, bayaran na ang merchant sa whole amount, then sa cc company ko magbayad sa monthly installment... thus, ila 0% interest.. ? hmmm....

dili tanan stores qualified maka offer ani 0% interest, i think they have to apply for this so murag naa jud mga charges mabayran ang merchant to the cc company ani, and so instead of sila mu bayad, diha nila ipabayad sa customer in terms of patung sa item price.... what ya think?
