    bfore u go to bed pray bai.. and then mantra lng telling ur self na sleep naka while mag meditate ka.. magsquat on ur bed nya close ur eyes inhale and exhale deeply find peace sa mind and feel the air around u... kinahanglan naa sa silent room pud and dim or dark room.. nya mantra by telling yourself na your done with the day's work and everything is already fine and will just be fine. smile and create the paradise in ur mind with the wonderful nature nya feel relax and tell urself now that everythin's fine, it's time to sleep.. sleep.... sleep.. and lie down while on the same mode.... sleep sleep...sleep nko..hehe

    work out at least 3-4 hours before you sleep diba inig ka tulog nimo, hayag naka makamata

    maintain lang og sleep-wake schedule.. sayo tulog sayo pud mata, ang naka cause ana kanang dugay mo sleep nya dugay mo mata.. mao nay maka guba sa imo biological clock, kaon og healthy then exercise.. mao rana ako g buhat.. na overcome jud tawon nko akong insomnia nga ni last og 3 years.

    It could be because of stress or something which is disturbing you mentally and not letting you sleep peacefully.
    My first advice for you is that stay cool don't stress and take a mug of warm an hour before sleeping add two table spoons of horlicks in it .i am sure you will have a relaxing sleep. TRY IT
