I like this one - this is very true not only in your department (web, dev) but in accounts and maybe in the whole company jud.
I had been with IComm for more than two years. I had a good salary package but admin department really sucks - maau lang kun ass kisser ka or brown noser kay maka jam jud nimo cla dha
latest experience nako together with my friend who is still employed there:
she asked for philhealth forms since her baby was hospitalized. she sent a text message to HR assistant but there was no reply so she asked me to do her a favor and contact them (admin people).
so i logged into msn and ask the admin manager. as usual she was very sensible and smart..step by step ang suggestions..she told me to tell my friend to contact her directly..so i answered that my friend's text message was unanswered then she told me that she should wait since the benefits in-charge/admin assistant is still in an orientation (i called several times and have known about the orientation even before I logged into msn) so when i was told that my friend should wait, i was a little irrritated. i typed in "i think this is an emergency situation" and sent her a "?" implying that i find it questinable that even emergency situations would be told to wait indefinitely..well, that's only in IComm....
then suddenly the benefits in-charge went online so i talked to her. she said that she had a prob with her fon that's why she wasn't able to answer. it's amazing that her fon suddenly worked and was able to answer my friend that very minute i told her about the forms that my friend needed and she answered that she's been with benefits in penshoppe for 6 yrs so she knows what are needed..so i just suggested that since my friend's bro in-law is going there from afar, she should just ask somebody to hand the forms over if she's still doing orientation that afternoon..she said it can't be done as she's the in-charge..and then i said ok, that's all since i was just my friend's messenger and i thanked her for her time..from then on i don't see the admin manager and the HR assistant online so i guess i've been blocked that's one good thing about them, they don't want to be corrected and they are very very "professional"..
i'll share more situations later....

Hi all,
The issue is quite interesting! Oh boy...ICOMM? OK ba diri na Company? Well, well, well...I worked for Icomm (Farcite Services, Inc) for almost two years, before I moved out. And honestly, ICOMM is a great company to work with...I really had a good experienced and if haven't migrated then I would definitely stay there for good. You might be wondering why I admired the company a lot. People were great, management was great, Robert Stone, Mike Tyler, Jeremy Chung, Harry Patel, David Hendriawan, Tom, Noami, Jojo Hemi, Admin Manager,..i forgot the names of the other guys, they're nice people to worked with and have around..Anyway, IComm gave me a lot...I got paid well, PTS was even great(I don't know if this still exists nowadays)...That agency and probationary thing I experienced it too. But I didn't make it an issue. As long as the company was paying what was due to me, I'm fine with it. This politicking thing was not an issue when I started with ICOMM. Everyone were doing their respective job professionally. I'm not saying that I don't have bad experiences with IComm but what I'm saying is that don't drag the name of the whole company because there's this one person that you don't like to be with. Frankly, ICOMM is one the best company that I had. I learn a lot, I met different people and I learn a lot from these people. You know what I'm saying. ICOMM is multi-racial company, and only if you know how to deal with these people, you'll become a better individual. So, for those who aspiring applicant who wish to work with IComm, go for it! If you want to learn and grow...start working with IComm. Trust me, once you're in you will understand what I'm trying to impart to you guys.
As I read the 4 pages in the forum, I only noticed one thing. Everyone was talking about a certain individual and not the company itself. But people, the question was "Ok ba diri na Company?". So you had to address the question first. Not that person that you know on that company that you don't like. Well, I knew that guy, John Clark! I knew him and I knew his story. But don't discourage somebody (aspirants) who wants to learn and develop one's skills and talents by joining the company. And for those, ex-IComm'rs..You yourselves knows how good the company is...we'll maybe you got some issues about your compensation or benefits. But you know it well guys, that the company was trying to gave us what was due to us. We have monthly meetings with representative from different departments with the management. They're listening and they're trying to make it possible.
That's my story... bow!!!!
