I remember that I used to go to Dermclic before to get rid of my ocassional breakout. I particularly remember that the glycolic peel was effective because it reduced the red scars. Now I think I have to go back there after almost ten years since I am having a very bad case of acne caused by my goiter medication. I can't stop taking my meds yet but I am so looking forward to having my thyroid gland removed or destroyed. It is causing so many problems. And in just a span of one month of taking the meds I have suffered a severe breakout.
I am wondering though if the treatment in Dermclinic will be as effective this time since this time my pimples are caused by my medication.
For some reason I do not remember why I had stopped going there. Is it because of the price or was it the painful pricking done by the dermatologist. But I need intervention.

I heard of the dermal roller. They say it is effective and cheap. I have not tried it yet but I have tried Fraxel. It worked well for me but was very expensive. I was supposed to undergo a last fraxel session to totally get rid of the deeper acne scars and pock marks. However, I may have to wait a little longer after my acne stops that is after I completely stop taking my goiter medication which is causing me to breakout. I may have to have 2 more sessions since my recent breAkout is causing deep scars again. It was when I started taking meds that I brokeout in the first place. When I stopped taking the meds I was clear. Now I am forced to take the meds again. And now I am breaking out. It is a vicious cycle indeed.
The logical thing to do would be to try the cheapest treatment thdn if that does not work try the more expensive ones. Make sure that you are completely acne free or no active zits on your face.
Yoy can buy the cheaper dermal rollers from the net. However I read that unless it is properly applied it would not be as effective. The dermal rollers available in spas are being done by professionals so they may know how to use it more efficiently.
I read that chrmical peels are just as effective but more sessions have to be done.
The most effective is fraxel which really does reduce the scars or completely eliminates it. The only disadvantage is that you have to have at least 2 or more sessions. And it is also ver expensive. But it greatly reduces the appearance of icepick scars.
@coachdora: pila pud every session bro
