nag-una ang cebu? in terms of what? i dont know about that.. pero kung nag una ta sa potential growth then maybe ill agree to that.

most of the issues are caused by infrastracture (or the lack of it). Narrow Roads, potholes everywhere, Absence of a mass transport system, INdustrialized city lage but a major mode of transpo is still a tricycle, sidewalks issues , etc..
Forget about being the next singapore, HK for now, i know we have our dreams, but until we can get our act straight, we're still second to Imperial Manila, which has a Mass TrAnsport system and expressways that we desperately need. If we can take care of this infrastracture issues, then i believe we can realize "that potential", and so much more.

LATELY - nagkaguba ang dalan, lack of planning, drainage system - in short infrastructure. Sa una pa ni na problema. Seriously,Nag una pa ba ang cebu? I dont understand sometimes why we get this international awards for being a prime destination when we have major infra issues.
