Starting salary is around 17-19k (during my time)

Benefits: 40 hour work week, overtime, group medical, vitamin / supplements, gym corporate rate, Nihonggo classes, review classes for PhilNITS exam, rice allowance, meal allowance (after rendering a number of hours of overtime), monthly bonus if you pass PhilNITS and/or Japanese Language Proficiency Test.

Learning: intense 6 months training, available also is in-house specialized trainings for programming languages and network technologies, multi-platform environment

Competitive edge: Trainings are definitely one of the best in the Philippines. I've noticed that most IT companies that interview ex-NEC employee won't doubt their programming skills and technical backgrounds. There's definitely a prestige working for NEC.
