referring God/Jesus as "Bro" doesn't mean that people are having other gods, it is a mere reference. just because that it is not in the Bible doesn't mean that it's not right. it is not being used in a wrong way and neither is God's name. simply put, say for example you have a girlfriend or a wife and you call her "sweetheart" or "honey" other than her name, does that mean that you've having a different girlfriend or wife?

I got your point. This we can leave to the parents, the church, the schools to explain to the children should they realize that calling Jesus BRO is blasphemous. For now, as long as the church does not stop the public from watching the show, ( I heard they even mention the good values the show promotes ) we can only express our dislike or our appreciation of the show.

i think addressing Jesus as "bro" is not in any way a blasphemy, or showing disrespect to God.
It like addressing to father, "pa", "dad"
or your siblings, "tol"

the show only ephasize that the character has a personal relation with Jesus nga na tawag niya og "bro".

we use "bro" to anyone around us and not showing disrespect. Jesus, being a human Himself and as our brother, i see no disrespect if i call Him "bro" in a personal level.

God Himslef, is not arrogant nga dili siya mapatawag og bro if we have a personal relatioship with HIM.
