OT: anthoneth,, niregister mn lang kag istorya aron mamulabog.., haha.., naning kaau si neil sah.., pwd mn pud ad2 ug tabo-an pa.laplap..,

me, i lost about 10 pounds in just two weeks...
naa rako sa akong room.. and i like it kung init au... kai 3pm i start sweating... i put on m ipod.. and start dancing anything.. bisag wai steps, every afternoon, evryday... for 1 hour.. aheheh
i jog paman gani... but the most sweaty part is sit ups... ahehehe.. and syempre... i only eat 1 cup rice sa meals.. no softdinks... and water lang imo liquids... and i always drink about 2-3liters of water a day.. to remove watse from my body... i ate 3 times a day ha... di man madala gud dili mu-eat... but discipline lang jud... kai no extra2 na... kai makadaot sa dieta...

i lost 14 lbs in less than 5 mos.....no strenuous exercise...no diet restriction ( 1cup rice per meal)....Just no food intake after 6 in the evening....now weighing 108 lbs.used to be 122......
advise: kfc chicken for dinner kept me full till nyt time....didnt feel hungry at all til i slept at around 11pm at night.....

i don't know if this counts....
2 years ago...i got as fat as 125 pounds.....can barely breathe and can barely fit into my jeans...
after the june board exams...started cutting down on everything i eat....gradually...
i basically did no exercise...hehehe.....
then i totally stopped eating rice...sud-an ra...veggies...sahay fruits ra gali...
tungod ani naabot kog 102 pounds...which is binuang because way underweight ko sa akoa height....
so nisaka ko and settled for 110 pounds....
at present between 110-112 pounds ko...i just don't eat that much anymore...half cup rice in the evening...or sud-an only...
1 cup rice during lunch...
and bread sa buntag...
and crunches everyday...mao ra....
bil-bil rajd akoa blema..ehehehehe
