to tell you the truth, i prefer not going to these companies since if you're gonna get the job from call centers, you'll get to be trained there and also do some polishing with you're grammar, speech etc. but then again, to some who are not that confident in stepping up, try lead.

Old post, but a good point about some people not needing to go through some form of training at a call center "school. On the other hand, there are people who have failed multiple times at applying in a call center, that attend training to improve their communication and interview skills because they believe that having training WILL help them. The problem is, some of them believe that it is just the training that will make them better and not make any effort to improve their skills. This might explain the low passing rate in one other post here in the thread.
