Menstrual cycle - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
.. refer to that.
.. but to put it in simple terms
- this only works for women who have a REGULAR MENSTRUAL CYCLE
- the women's cycle is usually 28 days
- women on average will ovulate on the 14th day since the start of her menstration
- menstration DAY 1, is literally, the first day of her menstrual cycle, first spotting. that is day one
- 14 days later, an egg will be released, she is FERTILE = not safe.
- now, the unsafe period is from the 12th day of menstration up to the 17th day.... why ??
- 12th day is unsafe because sometimes, the sperm will make a bivouac inside the fallopian tube and wait for the release of the egg. Or sometimes, the egg will be released early.
- 17th day is still unsafe because the egg will sometimes stay or wait longer for the sperms until she dies out.
.. as you see on that calendar, day 1 is counted as the first day. 12th to 17th is unsafe. The rest of the days... go go go.
- but still, calendar method isnt a 100 percent sure fire solution. it's still best to use pills and condoms as reinforcements for contraception. Better yet, if you can't control your urge during those "danger days of 12th to 17th", use condoms while having *** ( making love ) or whatever you wanna call it.
