marke, we had our set of rules for more than 3 years now and majority of our members are happy with them. Our rules doesn't, in any way, limit or deprive you of a heated and intelligent discussion. Just choose your words wisely and you'll be fine. As I always remind people, attack the opinion and not the person.

Wth all due respect Moderator, I don't think your Site Keeper Pnoize2k6 adheres to that principle. My user name used to be kid_05 but was banned by the Site Keeper mentioned. I think you should screen your Site Keepers thoroughly before giving them that responsibility. Being able to construct a sentence using some high words should not just be the basis but should be coupled with intelligence. I cannot present to you my argument since it was already deleted by your good Site Keeper.
Anyways, I hope you'll take my advice constructively..........

I never violated any of the rule. I only asked you once and clarified my question due to your insult. You banned me because you assumed that I (kid_05) and kid_06 are one and the same which is not. Your argument, we have the same IP address. Does that prove anything?...... My answer, definitely not. Why?....... how many people uses a certain PC in an internet cafe in a day?......... Does they assign each of their PC's to a single customer let's say, per day?....... and if that certain customer does not get into that internet cafe, they won't let the PC they assigned to that customer be used by another person...... Have you heard of any internet cafe employing the above mentioned principle?...... Jezzz!!!!! Only stupid people would adhere to that principle if they are in the internet cafe business...... Now, how many IP address do you think an internet cafe has?.......... Let's say, five members of istorya.net logged on that internet cafe and one member questioned you and you got pissed off and you're planning for a ban sanction. Since there were five member who used that same IP address at different time intervals, what would be the result?.............. If you could answer this one logically with respect to my case, I will not be bringing this topic up any longer.............. If you could even lift my ban, it would be highly appreciated.....

even with the multiple usernames you have had in the past, you still carry the same the same unique character with every thread and post you author. without a doubt, one can tell it is you. realistically, a ban means 'we do not want you in here anymore'. however, that doesn't stop anyone from logging back on with a different account. if these spawns do not commit new or same mistakes, there is no reason to moderate them.

the thing that always gets you banned is your ability to keep the same character even with all your usernames. with your familiarity with all the anti-GMA threads authored by you, you know that everything pertaining to GMA has been merged into one topic. not too long ago, patsadahon authored a new thread https://www.istorya.net/forums/index....985#msg1705985 wanting to merge stuff about GMA. when it got locked, you created the same thread
https://www.istorya.net/forums/index....682#msg1719682 but with a different title. you know that we have had too much of your anti-GMA copy and paste, and you know well enough that we have merged all those threads into one grand thread.

from your first username to what it is now, your offenses have been perpetual, boring, and it ticks moderators off having to remind the same people of the same things all the time.

also, if you remember brownbrawn's PM to a moderator, you shouldn't be asking twice why he needs to get barred from the forums for life.

we have wasted too much time replying to this concern that shouldn't have happened had the rules been followed.

Let me throw the question back to you, could you prove that you are not one and the same?

Regarding your post, as stated in BSTC rules, which you have obviously not read, you are not to post ANYTHING if it is not in regards to the item for sale. If you had any question regarding this, you could've asked the admin since a moderator posted the item, however, you and kid_06 chose to continue to thread crap and even had the nerve to belittle my being a moderator.

did i or did i not answer your inquiry regarding the sale of a trigger? The answer i gave was simple and yet you would rather discuss the whole matter about it's legality and why airsoft guns are not allowed to be sold at BSTC. While there were no explicits posted, that is still considered thread crapping.

If you had any doubts about my answer regarding the said thread, you had a number of options wherein other moderators and administrators could've asked or reprimanded me regarding this matter. Or simply, have continued the discussion privately through PM but you chose to post it in public, for whatever reason you may have. i then decided as a moderator that you and kid_06 have crossed the line. I decided to enforce the rules of this forum and ban your IP to get rid of the two users.

Simple.

Now you come here, and decide to throw your frustrations in this thread because your requests were not granted. You sent PMs to a good number of moderators and yet not one of them did anything so you throw back your frustration at me.
