    nice question...same here...mao sad naa sa ako utok..dili masaligan ang girls...kung unsa cguro kasakit imo na agian i think mine is worst and more painful dan yours..anyway dili mani palabwanay...the best thing you can do is PRAY...and try to forgive every people who hurts you most...

    ana na miga kung imo permi mahuna hunaan ang imo past specially kung na hurt nka.. naka relate ko ani.. but try mo clear anger and pain sa imo heart para slowly maka hinay hinay pod kag trust.. sahay tan aw na gud nato same na tanan lake mga buang..
