I don't get your point.
Just because YOU had a bad vacation it's a bad place

Me and my family had a great time there and we will go back later this year.

Even other, more high class resorts, had guests that didn't like their stay.

It appears you just have a vendetta against Ocean Bay so you keep on bad mouthing them.
Lighten up. If they messed up the way YOU said give them a chance to fix it. Have you never made any mistakes/errors in your life?
