ako lng pud ni opinion ha. globe dominated the landline. but not the airwaves. there are still areas in cebu wala 3g cgnal. which smart has. globe also have unstable 3g cgnal at times. since last year i have been using 3g fon. but i have to switch to gprs since sobra ka unstable na cge error ako sim. i tot ako lng but then one of my colleague from manila experience delayed sms in llc, so i have to suggest he used gprs cgnal when experiencing this.

    ROFL

    from wikipedia:

    Service Rating

Globe's wholly owned subsidiary, Innove (responsible for Globe's fixed landline business), has been bugged by service inconsistencies as such that their customer service rating has been dwindling down. Including but not limited to residential service disconnection of broadband services, and poor customer service handling leading to poor customer satisfaction.

yes, it will alwayz depend with the strength of cgnal in ur home area and where u're comfortable. globe broadband ko kay wala man ko choice sa ako place, mao ra man...but for sim, I have globe, smart, sun and now red. depende unsa ang nindot na offer for the network at a certain point in time. but i also maintain a globe sim. but for now, I think I will maintain na the red sim. its ok man pud. all networks do have their pros and cons.
