digital electronics is still electronics, under gihapon na sa EcE. computer programming is useless either kung walay hardware so kinahanglan gihapon ang electronics. bottomline, EcE gyud ang root sa tanan when it comes to computers, communications, automation ug tanan nga nagtackle ug electronics.

no offense sa mga CompE. niingon to among teacher sa Laws and Ethics nga based sa RA 9292, fall under gyud sa EcE ang CompE. mao ganing nahimo na nang EcE karon kay Electronics Engineering na, di na Electronics and Communications Engineering. gibutang lang ang c kay para madifferentiate sa Electrical Engineering.

EE jud ang root sa tanan. Kay sa uban countries like Indonesia and Taiwan they have Electrical Engineering major in Computer.

yes agree ko nimo nga anak ra sa ece ang compE. same ra pud sa ece nga anak ra sa ee. naa silay similarities pero naa pud silay dakong difference unya ang nahitabo kay mas broad ang anak kaysa parent. mura nig si mahal nga nanganak unya iyang anak kay pagdako, parehas ka dak on ni yao ming. ang electronics og digital electronics kay dako kaayo og difference, parehas ni sila sa orange og mansenetas. pwedi mu work ang electronics without digital electronics pero dili mahimong exponential ang development sa technology without digital electronics.

ang compE kay digital, meaning mu deal ra og 1 & 0, ang ece kay mu deal og electronics, ac og dc signals, ang comSci kay purely software development, ang it kay programming og application sa software.

San Carlos CompE offers 3 majors: Digital System Design, Software Engineering and Computer Networking. I would say ECE and CompE (DSD) may have something in common but they dont teach ECE's Software Development Life Cycles, web applications and SQL, do they? :P

dpendi rajud na kng asa comfortable ang tao... pareha ranah cla nindot na course.. d jud na xa dapat ecompare, mura gud nag imong mama ug papa.. ecompare bana kng asay maayu mama or papa? i am an ECE but im not against COMPE. ky sa industry d jud ka kapili kng wer ka, not unless cguro naa naka dako ug nindot nga experience and alot of certifications.

all Comp e makarelate ug latest technology sa comp hardware to software and troublshooting
not all ece mkarelate sa software sa mga computers.. ug way idea kyo sa troubleshooting

common denominator sa ECE and comp e kay they are engineers with different fields in technology
