but i think some company nowadays dont really care where you came from, as long as you have a SOLID DEMOREEL, like us 3D artists. They look on our portfolios, and if they like it, then ur hired, they just ask you where you work before and why u resigned, char char nalang, pamakak in other words. Mu reflect lagi na sa sss, pero they dont really care, as long as ur producing quality outputs on your project, as long as they get paid by their clients, clients happy, boss happy, hr happy, ikaw ug ako happy happy.
