i called up xlibris and inquired about having my book published.
They offered me a rate of P20k. Not bad...

Um, on second though, not sure if it's 20k or 40k.
Either, they do have a local market.
So, for author wannabe's like me, there's a potential publishing alternative. =)

hay naku aning X. i'm scheduled for training in a couple of weeks.. pero i dunno, thru the whole interview ,hiring process, cge ra sila txt, even gamit ra ug chikka, wala jud ni sila katawag nako. either barat or out of budget..

I think you need to read through my previous posts to understand the context of what I'm saying.

For the record, I did not say that Xlibris is involved in illegal activities as a company. I said that a high-ranking officer resigned because she was asked to do something highly illegal and she decided to make a stand of integrity.

I'm currently finishing up my first week at training. so far so good...

I came from 2 call centers already and i have to say that it;s different here in Xlibris. NO QUEUE...NO COMPLAINTS...LESS CALLS (5-10 in a day)... GOOD PAY! I'd like to emphasize on the last part.

I did have my doubts about xlibris. but I just gave it a shot. GREAT!
