tingali residential and offices ang itukod diha pero dapat naa jud mall kay para accessible lang pud sa mga tenants diha nga district ba, or bisan supermarket lang ba...who knows...daghan pud diay residential condominiums ma tukod diha...

Mas nindot na bai kung parehas sa Ayala Business Park and intention sa Ayala diha sa SRP, mga highrise buildings, wow!

Anyway, just a clarification to everyone... It doens't mean that SM City will automatically double in size in terms of number of stores, etc..etc..

Remember, the expansion is a five-level building ---> the first three levels of which will be allocated for a "multi-level" parking area.. So what would be left for stores, a new entertaiment center, etc.. would just be the upper two levels..

I read in another article that out of the 105,000++ sq.meter expansion, only 17,000++ square meters is leasable which might house around 168 additional stores and boutiques; the rest will be for the multi-level parking area.. Oh and also, out of that 17,000++ sq.meters, a huge space will also be allocated for the very big entertainment center, and a bigger and more modern Traveller's Lounge.

Good News for all cebuanos.. hmm.. this means more jobs for US. sakto jd ni na move sa SM.. cause nabiya-an na jd cla sa ayala.. in terms of entertainment.. naa pa jd BTC... tas Village na mag re-open.. i apil pa ang mango .. kinahanglan jd cla mag expand.

I thought more jobs for americans.. Hehehe.. Yup at least SM City would be adding a multi-level parking area to the annex building. I went there last week, the area has already been fenced. So huge, it will occupy half of the original surface parking area. Construction will start tomorrow March 1.
