New Service Scheme sa CDR-King SUCKS!

The system in CDR-King is a perfect example of a lousy customer service.

They know that they have many buyers, and to cope up they should add people - plain and simple law on supplies and demand. We buyers demand, and they must supply not as if we are asking them for favors to buy their products. For !@#$$ sake, they should add more people

My patience with them was tested once - there will never be a second time!

The only trick I know para makapalit sa CDR King, para short wait lang..

Adto ka sa mall, whichever branch, on opening hours.. Kay for sure, mingaw2x pa na xa.. Pero I havn't tried that.. hehehe.. only my sister

So I talked to one of their customer care representative on their website via Yahoo messenger (http://www.cdrking.com/)
Ingon ko na bati kaayo ilang service sa SM and Ayala, this guy doesnt even know they have branches in Cebu.
Grabeha ani perting katawa nako. I wonder how the owner keeps track of his business.

wla bitaw klaro sahay dha ky manawag ko daan before ko moadto kung naa pba stock sa ako paliton human pg adto nko wla na daw cla stocks..faeta sayang sa plite ug oras, nawag gani daan pra sure..huhuhu

there was this story from one of person I know that the saleslady of CDRKing was slapped by the customer.. the story was that the customer was asking if they have some stocks of the stuff she was looking, unfortunately this saleslady responded in sarcastic way and said to get a priority number without answering her question. So she assumed that they have some stocks of the stuff.. After an hour of waiting, then it was the turn of the customer, now she then asked if they have this kind of stuff, the saleslady replied "Wa namay stock ma'am".... the customer was fist off and slapped the saleslady and said "Mao bitaw ako pangutana ganiha, nya ne ingon ka nga kuha ko og number, now its my turn and your telling me na walay stock. If you just told me ganiha nga wala then tana wala nako dire!!! Is this the way you handle customer service here? Its stupid."

As in nagyaw yaw gyud ang customer. Naa pay ngisi2x sa uban saleslady, ge ingnan pa gyud "Don't you dare smile at me!!!", nahilaw tawon ang mga tindera.

Dah, tagam, sagpaan noon kay wa may ayo ang ila serbisyo. No wonder someday, bac naay mapusilan nga tindera.
