yah..hot oil sa balay...d best & effective for me is the coconut milk.. apply it on your dry hair thern leave for 30min,.rinse it then ayaw sa pg shampoo for one day.. do it 2-3x a month..

buhaghag gyud akong hair kung naa kos pinas and that because of the humidity there. try using smoothing serum and use deep conditioner at least once a week. shampoos can be drying so try not to wash your hair everyday to retain the natural oils. i know this can be difficult considering nga abog kaayo diha. but if you can manage with washing your hair just 4-5 times a week then try it.

sak2 jud nang dili mag-shampoo everyday..
coz shampoo has harsh inredients..

i use johnson's baby shampoo, kay mild kaau na ug ingredients..

as minimal as possible lang unta to..pero with the all the usok and the abog..na!
so , mga 3 times a week na lang..during rest days from work..

the remaining days.. stick to conditioner lang sa jud..

to have healthy hair.. take care of the scalp .. coz mao na cya magdala ug kanindot..

like massage it gently para di masamad ang scalp..

my hair also is very buhag2 nya baga pjud au ako hair... so wat i did is, nagpa rebond ko...its reli helpful kay di na xa bukad au ba.
i use conditioner often. nya magpa hot oil pd evri two weeks..

ano po ba ang mga remidies para d2? kc po parang patay na talaga 2ng buhok ko sa kakagamit ng gel....ano po kaya ung isang ingredient na pinalabas ng rated ung kay ricky reyes? ung parang milk....hope u can help!
