Didto pd mi boss pero dili 2 kami ang elite ngali..haha wala ko nag sandals ganina.. nag barefoot ko..hehe nka kita ko ug nag singlet ug istoryan nga bag.o.. pag balik namo agi ni KarlOcut3, wala naman namo nakit-an.. kamo diay 2? wala ta ngka ila2x da.. ikaw mna ang elite boss gud.. awa lng na imung medal collection gud..hehe

There is a bit of concern here that I thought to consult first to boss Melvinthegreat and a few others, BUT since wla paman gyud OFFICIAL elected set of officers sa pagkakarun, so dapat dili nako ni i-confide sa ONLY few people here kay mura man noun ug secet meeting namu nga in fact dili paman mi officers....SO, I decided to post this concern of mine here mismo sa atong thread para open for suggestion sa TANAN members, sa pagka karun lang nga wla pa gyuy official set of officers..(kay kun naa na, kini nga style dapat ang mga officers nlang (pero not all the time) ang magsabot ani para dili gubot and then i-dissiminate na lang dayon sa mga members...dili tungod kay nag/mag DOMINAR sila sa uban but para lang gyud dili gubot, kay kun tanang members lain lain ug suggestions dala pang debate pwerte gyung gubota.


So..here is my little concern:

Kani bang mga bago nga gusto mag pa member sa IRC,,,dapat siguro ma compulsory ang 4 basic personal info (real name/ age and date of birth / address / contact number) na i-submit nila through PM lang noh? para lang pud murag legit ang ilang pag apply on-line.....after which then, they must fill up and submit an application form along with a waiver (or something like that) inig naa natay meetups or ipa dala nlang kun mka apil ug mini group runs....

ang problema gamay is kinsay ang dapat mu keep/ mag file sa mga filled up application forms and waiver? ug dapat ang records or documents must be in a STABLE location.....

Unsa man pasabot sa STABLE location?

Ang STABLE location is kanang lugar nga permanent (as much as possible) regardless of the turnover of officers or record keepers in the passing of years.

to further explain this:

example,,, si Nikki or si Geff or si Icon ang mag keep sa mga filled up application form ug waivers sa mga members at present,,,then comes 2013 and another set of officers/record keepers ang mu-puli nila tapos i-turn-over ang mga documents sa mu puli (delikado mag kawala-wala ang records ani) or a situation nga mi-kalit lang ug in-active ang record keeper tapos wla ma tarong ug turn over ang mga documents/records ,,,patay dakong bulilyaso...Kini nga scenario nga akong gi example dili pa ni nato karon ma encounter kay bago pa man ta PERO months/years from now labi na gyud kun mudako ang ato grupo ma problema gyud ta ani.

So unsaon man tani? .....Ako suggestion lang is to have this records kept at our HQ sa istorya.net office PERO mao lage mananghid pa ta ug tarung kang boss BeoR ani through boss Melvinthegreat (our great intercessor) hehe...ilahang office man gud pinaka stable location sa atong grupo since recognized naman ta nga SUB-Group sa ISTROYA.net ..

So, mga higala unsa may inputs/suggestions/reactions ninyo ani ??

Kung digital records lang, puwede nato i-save sa Google Docs bai.
Puwede man ta maka create ug forms sa Google Docs.
Then, didto nalang sila fill-up. Then didto na pud ma save tanan records.

If puwede ta maka minimize anang mga papel2x, buhaton nato.
Save mother earth, kumbaga. Hehehe.

@geff_chang ...nindut na nga suggestion boss,,,can you favor the group by working on this one personally boss?? murag na sweto ka ana dah hahaha (nangu bitawng ni suggest ka ana,,sugo-an noun bwahahaha) bitaw boss,,por pabor mi amigo,,te amo senyor hehe.......but I think we also need a hard copy aning mga filled-up member application forms ug labi na ang mga signed waivers kay ang mga record stored in the internet kay wla tay full control ana kun mukalit lang ug likoy.
