@lestat1116 that would be a good idea to take out cardio during weight training day. do cardio on a separate day. I personally workout for only 3 times a week. There is nothing wrong with it.

Some people can train 6 times a week without overtraining. I sometimes train around 4-5 days a week and don't feel overtrained. As long as you train diff body parts you might be ok. Most people though should have 2-3 days rest each week. You just have to pay attention to how you're feeling. Symptoms of overtraining are hard to miss.
i dont feel i'm overtrained. i feel tired if i dont train.
aside from stretching after workout, how can you minimize soreness? sayang mangud for the days na pumped up kaayo ka you really wanna go to the gym but cant do much coz of pamaul. Even if lahi na body part imo iTrain still makaaffect jud sya.

I eat banana everyday, besides kung kulang ko potassium why on that exericse alone? dili man mucramps akong calves or quads ba or ubang muscle.

how many hours para pwede tirahan nasad ang isa ka muscle area? even if sore pa, pwede na ba?
