Ugly, yes.
Uncomfortable? We can't be sure. Reviewers though who had the device said it felt unusually comfortable.

innovative jud ang nintendo, this is the 3rd version of based on the 3DS system. I wonder if sony have plans of making a cheaper version of VITA. For sure, nintendo will be laughing on the way to the bank with this one.

My Personal Judgment of the 2DS

Pros:
- Cheap-er than 3DS
- Wii Tablet Controller Style (like a mini wiiU)
- New Look for the DS Series
- Same with the 3DS minus the 3D

Cons:
- ugly
- cannot fit to me pockets
- bulky
- not cheap enough, only a $50 Difference from the 3DS, so why not go directly to 3DS?

2ds is mainly for parents who worry their kids will strain their eyes with 3D effects, more choices for consummer ni.

$50 is already a big amount, if naa ko anak will let him play with 2ds instead of phablets. I have seen parents letting their kids play with gadgets, if dropped? Aw imagine lang sa ka sakit sa bulsa sa ginikanan.
