I'm currently working for Sprint... and yes, Sprint is definitely the most difficult.. it's not all about communication skills with this acct... you have got to have GUTS and an EXTREMELY WIDE BERTH OF PATIENCE... cause you will always always always encounter the most demanding people who live in America... and I am just not saying Americans per se... mga non-Americans who live in the US but can barely speak English... so, it's like you have to have a seventh sense to get what they are talking about...

All I can really say is... it's getting worse by the month... you can actually notice people disappearing cause next thing you know ang dialogue na sa mga tao kay "AY! SI KUAN?! O! NI RESIGN NA TO SIYA...NAA NAMAN DAW SA ----"

And makailis jud ug batasan working for them... I've never been rude or sarcastic to customers but karon.. I don't even give a damn magka-memo ko for rudeness...

hehehe!. daghan jud ni resign, sa among ka wave pa lang daan kay12 mi na endorse sa production, wala pa abti ug months ni AWOL na ang isa and after 4 months resign ang 3.. cant take the pressure of demanding cx's and their mind boggling probs nya ang ganahan ra diay kay mangayo ug credit, dificult metrics as well, na timingan pa jud ko ug TL nga hastang.. saonz?. the only advantage of sprint is lingaw ang training esp. CCT and ofcourse, excellent compensation and incentives!.

it's so stressful that you actually want to gouge your eyes out and you find your hands involuntarily strangling your neck with the phone cord and smashing your head to the monitor while saying to the customer "I'M SO SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE"...

the compensation and benefits are good.. but there will come a time when you'd wake up and realize that the money isn't important if you're not just living a happy or if not, even a normal life anymore...

yes I am but I'm quitting really soon.. *does a happy dance* .. I've been in that hell hole for exactly 1 year and 11 months...

what I know is.. we only have one recruitment center.. that's i3...

cause before.. i applied at i2 but i was assigned to Banawa.. which sucks.. but I think you can only reapply after 6 months.. centralized yata yung filing nila..

hmmm... so possible diay na nagkakita na ta sa floor...

fun is always naa sa training... but before, even naa mi sa floor.. we were still happy.. that was the time when slade was still our side director and when metrics were reasonable pa..

right on!. i feel the same way!. and you know what?. pag exit interview nako kay patawag jud ko sa head sa HR tungod sa akong TL nga selfish and insensitive.. somewhat controversial jud sa among cluster among pag resign duha man mi kabuok, paghuman amo exit interview kay gpatawag sad jud among TL sa head sa HR.. anyways, i made the right decision of resigning.. maka re apply ta after 6 months and hopefully we can choose our own acct na, g-ingnan ko sa head sa HR..
