Yesterday's food log
Breakfast - one whole pancake (without the butter and marmalade) and black coffee
Lunch - one cup of rice, tawgi and Langka salad
Dinner - Naka one piece burger steak and Choco sundae nuon ko sa ko Jollibee hahaha
(I went out with my friends man Gud nya gkan FF7) but gbawi nako water ra
Consumed 2L of water.. I'm still thinking of taking cranberry juice but d man nako feel.
No exercise yesterday, bawi ko today.

ambot about sa diet.. nag workshop mi.. ate a siopao sa morning para pang pugong sa gutom.. that was around 10am nah..then later naa mi workshop.. over ate..

conclusion.. timming sa pag kaon is very off.. it should be more consistent..will work on it.. pero exercise seems to be more regular nah
I know sayo pa kaayo to say this pero i feel better (like more energy and stuff) and I think ni naa nai resulta..

naa ko migo nga trainer ni suggest siya if mga parties or eating out wa man ta choice pero choose the lesser evil ug tilaw2x lang.. kung pwede no tagay

over all it was a very good day.. naka inuom ra ko ug isa ka bottle nga coke, a few sips of ice tea..
pwede mu apas?
55 kls ko karon aim nako 43 kls in 3 mos.... normal pa man japon pinaka least na xa sa akong height and age...
fruit diet ug vegetable lng sa.... no rice... no sweets... no softdrinks... no juices..... water 8-10 glass/day
30mins exercise every morning except sunday pahuway mode.... (basketball, skipping rope, zumba dance)
mao na akong plan.... hoping and praying... I will post my everyday challenge work....
