LibreOffice is actually openoffice

they are in the rebranding mode to move as they are not sure if Oracle will support the OpenOffice project.

from the document foundation website:

Our hope is that Oracle will donate this to the Foundation, along with the other assets it holds in trust for the Community, in due course, once legal etc issues are resolved. The Good: No Oracle, LibreOffice is backed by novel, redhat, ubuntu and GOOGLE
