Ang mga dmd sa callcenter, aw, tua sa ESL. hehe..good luck sa english, murag ga.storya daw sa toddler haha

    Hi, this is my second account, i lost my login credentials to the one i had before. If you wish to apply to eperformax, think twice. I have worked there for almost 2 years, it gets worse with every update they have. I heard that it's even worst this time. As what I have learned from an old friend (who still works in emax), they have a different way of keeping the absenteeism low. They would require each team to work 1 hour on top of their 9 hours and 30 mins (plus 15-minute prep time), approximately 9 hours and 45 minutes, mind you, you are not being paid the extra hour of work. This is their way of resolving the absenteeism rate caused by their management. If someone from the team gets sick and is absent for the day (even if they have sick leaves), the entire team will automatically render this one hour unpaid overtime, so truly, Sick leaves is not honored in this company. 1 hour is what? 80 to 100 pesos paid in another call center. So if that happens, you get to work 9 hrs + 30 mins + 15 mins prep time + 1 hour unpaid OT = 10 hours and 45 minutes. So that means, you are prohibited from getting sick! yeah, i know, it's ridiculous ! and that's eperformax. Just think about it. Well, Im happy with the work i have right now, don't settle for less guys.

    moa jud bro, agree ko ana. naka work pod ko diha last time nihawa ko kato time na di.drop na ang chase then nagka wlay klaro and mga process nila. im with eBay, ka2 time na ni.resign ang one of the Shift Manager nila, John Raney ( d ko sure sa complete name jud ) dile na stable and account nila, sa kadaghan sa mga despute gamay na butang dile nila ma resolve such as OT pay. OT ko ato for 4 hours then pag pay out kay wala ni reflect kay nawala daw ilang lista ka2 nag OT ato na day bisag klaro kaau sa TKS nila. LOL kaau. gi sapot kog maau wala nako mag tinarong sukad ato. eBay resolution team ko nabelong halos tanan resolution dead end and padulngan walay klaro pwede raka mag scam ug kabalo lng jud ka sa process. so kung ganahan pamo mag apply expect namo mga ingon ana na instance.

    yup bro, wala juy ayo. daghan ko ug disputes ani ilang pay nga wala jud na resolve. imbes dapat ang payslip mag una para makhibaw ka kung unsa imong i dispute, lahi man ilaha. mag una ang sweldo una ang payslip. bisan naa kay sick leave, ma sanction ghapon ka. kung naa kay vacation leave, mo end nalang ang year ug naka file naka ug hundreds of leave form, wla juy bisag usa ma approved. Pero kung ang mo leave kay duol gani sa luwag sa mga officers, automatic daun approve. politics jud kaayo. corrupt and wala juy bawt ang mga agents. Kung naa kay dispute ingnon lang ka daun, "you have signed a 48 hour work week, so they expect you to work 6 days a week or atleast 10 hours and 30 mins everyday...nevertheless, you are just an agent. ! " PAK! kini ra nga company ang walay paki sa agents, wlay paki bisag mamatay pa ang agent kay bisag nasakit take ghapon ug calls. basta ang ila ma follow ang ila metrices nga dili stable! so kamo guys ayaw nalang mo pag tuga2. go for the best!

    and oh, one thing, wala silay suggestion box, so kung naa kay suggestion, send lang ug email sa manager, ad your name will be kept confidential! What??! LOL

    Ask lang unta ko, why man 9 hours and 30 minutes ang work dinhi? Dba dapat, 9 hours raman? That includes your lunch and 2 15-min break.

    Yup bro, 9 hours and 30 minutes, kay ingon pa nila 48hour work week daw. wahahaha. so imagine, while everybody else in another call center is logging out, those that are from eperformax are still taking in calls, and of course, way bayad! LOL!
