just like to share my experience.
is it me, or the terran in SC2 gotten stronger than the other race
i have playing SC2 for 2months now, and accomplish the 3 settings in the campaign.
i just notice, blizzard seems made the terran a lot stronger than the other race.
have also playing against AI's im using terran vs other race and their settings are brutal,
i can defeat them, but when it comes to fighting terran vs terran, heck i get killed...
the units that made them strong are
marauder and the battlecruiser...
i mean in sc1 the marines and firebat are being massacred by zerglings but now its seems its hard to kill them especially a marauder is around nor if zealots are against them.
and then here comes the battlecruiser, in sc1 for me the strongest was the protoss carrier but in sc2 its the battlecruiser... in sc1 it can only fire one weapon at a time now it has a lot of firepower.
maybe it becomes stronger because this game being release is campaign for terran, maybe in other games which the protoss campaign it would change or the zerg campaign.

The Marauders can kill any basic ground units, the 9 ranged Vikings own the air, the Medivacs heal and lift units no problem and the Siege Tanks are still strong despite the recent nerfs. yeah...
just little disappointed with the siege tanks, it seems its range are no longer so long...
and vikings, even thought its useful its life point seems a little short, and the medivacs... it is really very useful now...in support ground units during seige.
and don't forget the battlecruiser... it is really very powerful in sc2... they really made it powerful.

11-23-2010, 02:53 PM #757Right now people don't play games long enough to get to the t3 units. Like most of my games never go beyond 11 minutes, win or lose. terran is OP even if its ZvZ. lol
