yep, gahinay hinay nakog sugod.... 3 days nako sagunson dagan, pero 2nd day ang na track sa Nike app nako.
if half day ko unya 3am (since wa man ko'y tingug so di ko katrabaho!), mag long run/walk ko taman sa makaya. if makuha nakog dagan padung uli sa talisay, aw.... then I just broke my records, hahaha!
