ingon ana ka taas ang attrition rate? daghan nagpareserve para ma exit interview? unsay mas daghan gi interview sa HR ang newly hire or ang exit? haha
huh? unsay naka negative ana? stating the obvious, almost 2mos iexit interview implies..? have some logic first.

you've always entertained me but lately, it seems you cant justify things you are saying.
regarding the topic,
Exit interviews should be done near the last day of tenure/work in the company because the employees' feelings regarding his/her departure or factors/reasons why he/she resigned are still fresh in mind.
Why do companies do exit interviews? to collect or assess the issue why employees leave the company and to minimize attrition or reduce the number of people resigning and to increase production/performance etc of those that are still working or within the company.
so the longer you conduct the exit interview, the higher the risk of losing productive agents because of frustrations from an unresolved issue or common problem.
it seems it's just for formality's sake that companies do exit interviews nowadays. most of the companies don't care about its' employees comfort and security.

Also, ang ilang system sa Exit interview kay 2 ra ka adlaw per week: Wednesday and Friday. 20 interviewees per day. And dili man gani na heavy interview nga pareha sa pagsulod nimo sa hinampak nga companya. 3 or 4 hours ba to i-alot sa ila? Forgot. (Wala pajud klaro ang system, bisan naay number ihatag sa imo, ikaw 1 nya naay 2, mauna pajud si number 2!) Naa ra ka ifillout nga form sa computer less than 5 minutes. Then ang interview itself... less than 3 minutes? Unless magrant ka ug maayo... but sila ra gihapon maminaw. doubt they actually even think about it. For procedure's sake ra jud tanan! Haaayz! Then check imo requirements and stuff. WTF. In all, less than 10 minutes ra jud. Kung kabalo lang jud sila mumanage, madala man tingali na ug 30 or more people per day, basta sagunson ang mga interviewees.
IMHO, a lot of people apply, but in the end, those that are accepted are less than the number of exit interviewees per week or worse... per day. lol. Pessimistic ra? lol. Naa man judsad mga tao musingit sa 20. Bisan 20 ra, maabot usahay ug 30. XD
FACTS:
A lot of people are resigning from Qualfon.
Management sucks.
The pay sucks.
A lot of incompetent people are in HR.
Only an agent would know how another agent feels like. Even ako kay negative ako impression sa Qual. Naa sad koy akong own reasons. Sa mga tao nga nitake ug calls ug sa mga tao nga wala nitake ug call, naa jud na ang negativity, especially if your department is least favored, or you as an agent is neglected.
Yeah. Resigned na ko, pero wa pa ko naclear. And sa pagkahinay sa lihok aning companya. Ang clearance nila after na sa exit intrview. Dili impromptu.
Exit interview palang na, langay and dugay na. Samot na inig kuha ninyo sa inyong last pay.
Laliman ka... pasa2 ang 'root' sa kadugay sa pagprocess sa last pay and all related documents. Ang HR, mamasangil sa mga SM ug OM kay wala pa daw ningsign. Naa sad lain nangutana ngano delayed kuno kaayo, niana nga naa daw clients namisita. Nya naa pajud nistorya nga nag 2 weeks outing or bakasyon ang mga higherups / SMs and OMs. Naa pa sad daw ni-ingon nga ang tigsign sa COE kay muresign na ug wala nay klaro ug attendance. Bisan kinsa nalang pasanginlan sa kalangay. Pero ang fact is... after imo exit interview, ipangtapok pa na nila ang imong files or unsa ba na. Unya na na nila ilihok ug iforward sa uban department. Sobra ka tapolan ug hinay nga mga procastinators!
