A tough call for the Spurs. They've got to win Game 4 to stay alive in the series. Though the odds are favoring the Spurs, nobody can still count the Hornets out especially if they can't find answers for Chris Paul.
This game would boil down to offense and defensive adjustments. The Hornets adjusting offensively and the Spurs defensively (for most part for both teams). The Spurs can't just hope for Parker and Ginobili to pour in 30+ points per night and allow Chris Paul to finish with another monster double double. A healthier Tim Duncan will give the Spurs more solid inside presence in shot blocking, rebounding, and perimeter defense for David West's shots. The Hornets on the other hand, having the more mobile and versatile line-ups in the league, can have more options offensively. With Chris Paul having those superb abilities to create plays for himself and for each and every Hornet on the floor, it's something like "give Chris Paul the ball and set those other players up". So far, the Spurs has never showed in the series that they can contain Paul and the Hornets should capitalize on that by "rearranging" the other players fielded in.
