Nah perti jud gubota ani na bala-ud oi!
too much talk about freedom of speech when some people who hide behind the blanket of this constitutional right abuses it.if you're free then you must also embrace the responsibilities that goes with it.nothing wrong if you wanted to expose the truth or express what is morally right but what about people who uses "freedom of speech" to spread lies?they should also be held responsible for their actions that's why there are laws to protect people from abuses.try understanding responsibilities first before exercising your freedom.
i commend the people who saw the flaws of this new law and expressed their sentiments in a civilized manner.hacking and other violent attacks on the net doesn't justify the means thus making these people criminals and should be held responsible. uban sad diha post post lang murag correct kay mao ang uso sa FB ug twitter mura sad ug kasabot.

CyberCrime law is still TRENDING in the Phils. hahaha
you don't know poop about investigation.it can take as long as it can and ends only when you've gathered enough evidence.it's not like csi, ncis and other crime drama on tv that everything is solved at the end of the 1 hour episode with commercials in between.
now back to regular programing

Senators hold positions of responsibility and are expected to make critical decisions for the betterment of society. Their duty of care is of extreme importance due to the legal and social consequences of their actions. If dubious provisions were inserted into a bill the very fact that this bill was approved and signed indicates an unacceptable level of incompetence which throws into question the entire bill's value. After all, how many other portions were "overlooked" or misunderstood?
A tech law which impacts the lives of millions of taxpayers should be drafted in consultation with variety of groups including the press, Internet Service Providers, human rights organizations and law enforcement agencies. No signatures should be attached until all parties understand not only the jargon, but also the ramifications of enforcing such a law.
