Instead of doing it manually you can fetch web contents from other sites using RSS feeds. I cannot elaborate it further since way of doing it varies from one blogging platform to another, say if you're using wordpress or blogger. To know more about this, Google is your friend.

Another method is to use PLR(Private Label Rights) articles --> my recommendation. Please remember that the LIFEBLOOD of your site is the TRAFFIC. So create multiple related sites using PLR and create a LINK WHEEL to increase site traffic and PageRank......again use Google to know more about this. Spend 20% of your time to create web contents while the remaining 80% is for promotion.....backlinks...backlinks...backlinks!
