although i get your point, i still would like to tell u why people complain and rant about things. yeah employees gained something from the company. but ethically and financially mejo dili na righteous/makatarungan ang uban nilang gibuhat. people deserve the proper treatment and approach they deserve for working hard for the company. if you keep on telling yourself and everyone that "ITS OK. I Understand" do u think they will ever change? management will just keep on doing things they like.

daghan na nireport sa dole/authorities im not sure if naay progress. u see, once mohawa naka sa company ganahan pa ka mokiha sa dole? if naa ka sa company ganahan ka mokiha sa dole? do u think positive feedback mareceive nimo sa mngt? so mao nang diri sa forums ra sila makapahungaw.

although sigeg balik2x ang issues nga giposts diri klaro kaayo na wala kaayo effort ang Q na moreach out or moresolve ang complaints. maayo ana tarungon og explain sa employees ang benefits og unsaon pag kwenta sa tax ngano dako ra kaayo. its given na wala jud nay klaro ang management lol but i hope dili pud ta bagag nawng na iignore ang complains against sa company kay mauwaw inyong agents if pangutan on asa nag work.bow!

good point higala... lol... im not embarrassed that im working at Q. my point here is that not vevery company is perfect. i know nag pahungaw lang pud ang mga tao sa ila mga g.pang bati and I can empathize to them. Naa sad ko makita nga medyo laen sa Q but then again so far, during our orientation they were able to discuss all the details about our taxes and compensation. so far pa sad ha, wala pakoy nakita nga GRABE DYUD KAAU ka unfair in terms od salary deduction... you can actually monitor you tax and other government deduction kay in the first place its your responsibility sa (im not saying nga di mo responsible ha). about the dole thing, if you think your right, you should have reported your complaints to dole or whatever government agencies. why di mo usada ng case? simple by law, NO ONE WANTS TOLL TESTIFY.. kung expenses lang for the complaints you can actually go to the city hall or hall of justice ang ask for a public attorney sharo sa ka asinso sa cebu wala dyud public attorney.. kami ganing sa province naa... you have all the options in the whole wide world to complain LEGALLY.. if you really wanna sue Q and earn your supposedly WORKED MONEY.... isa pa, mostly, mga account sa Q kay di man kaau hago thats why maka ingon dyud ko medyo mo reflect ra sad sa swledo.. pero sa imo sad opinion... if you think your tama.. bow sad ko sa imo.. 4,000 kapin ang worker sa Q so you mean kami tanan na ulaw sa Q... hahaha lol.....

did i actually imply kamong tanan 4000+ workers mauwaw? you are not even getting my point. as ive said most will not complain because of various personal reasons not just because they cant find any attorneys to help them with the case.

i know the accts are easy but as an employee you should know your rights. if naabusaran mo dili ka moingon nga ok lang coz sisiw ra ang work.

daghan nag nireport sa dole pero walay action. it's a pinoy govt/dept are you expecting more? lol u dont tell anyone to get an attorney and report a case that simple. this is philippines. dont tell me you are expecting justice from dole? LOL

i always remember the thoughts one good man once told me...lahi ra jud ang mga batan-on karon when it comes to career, most are going after good salaries that do not even compensate with their present skills inventory. Most young people before believed in taking one step at a time..learn from every opportunity to improve and acquire more skills necessary to grow...and they were very contented along the way. Most of them gani maulaw modawat og kwarta nga wala kaayo sila maghago...

We need to strike a balance...call center industry is a special industry...it's not the typical business we used to see around, hence there are industry issues that are very specific to call centers...your concerns may be one of them.

Try to work in a different industry outside BPO, you will see the difference and get back to this.

im a certified qualfon agent for 2 years.. its true that the salary is not good. your in that position but your salary is still the same as a regular agent.. i worked there as a tier 3 representative.. though ni grow ko as an agent but money wise, NO.. mao rai nka bati sa ila.. if e-rank nko ang performance sa management, that would be 5 out of 10 ky super chaka jud.. :0
